Everyone has bad days, bad weeks, maybe even a bad year or two...but I have definitively found that life is a cycle of ups and downs.  Even though you may feel as if you are in a free fall...before you know it, a cloud catches you...and you are now floating...sky high and soaring.
Life teaches us about the pits, abyss and downfalls...otherwise, how would we know to appreciate the golden moments...
