What a cute couple, No?

You know, there are just some things we didn't need to see. We're going to go ahead and say that witnessing photographic evidence of Brandi Glanville making out with Jesse Heiman is one of them.
The 40-year-old "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was spotted licking and kissing professional nerd Jesse Heiman at the Pieces of Ass 10th Anniversary Show in Hollywood on March 28.
The 34-year-old actor, who received porn offers after his Go Daddy commercial, didn't seem quite as into kissing Glanville as he did Refaeli and, to be honest, we don't blame him. Someone needs to tell Glanville she's using way too much tongue.

Eat out lately?

Dinner and a show isn't for everybody.
Florida couple Jeremie Calo and Tiffani Lynn Barganier, both 32, were apprehended on Monday by police after allegedly having sex on top of an outdoor table at an Orange County restaurant, the Smoking Gun reports.
Restaurant manager Tom Murphy told officials that several customers complained about the couple, noting that they were in full view of minor children, the police report states.
Murphy says he initially tried talking to the couple himself, but Calo simply replied, "[Barganier] can't get up at this time."
Murphy says he threatened to call police if Calo didn't pay his $101 bill, but the man reportedly wrote a check that contained only the word, "NO," the restaurant manager said. When Murphy was dialing 911, Calo allegedly attempted to walk out with two of the restaurant's glasses, but another employee stopped him.
A scuffle between Murphy and Calo ensued, and Murphy and two employees ended up having to hold Calo down until authorities arrived.
Calo is facing charges for fighting with the manager and refusing to pay his tab, WKMG-TV reports. However, he will not be facing sex-related charges because no one who claims to have seen the act would write statements for the police.

Never date a Nympho!

We've all been there.
Agence France-Presse reports that a German man in Munich allegedly had to flee to the police after a woman demanded too much sex.
After several amicably agreed upon rolls in the hay, the man reportedly tried to leave the woman's apartment. But she wouldn't let him exit and instead allegedly insisted on more sex. That's when the man ran to the cops for help, according to authorities.
Perhaps the woman in question was unaware of a study reported on by Forbes that found that, while women can, for the most part, never have too much sex, men can.
Penile tissues, if given too roistering or prolonged a pummeling, can sustain damage. In cases you'd just as soon not hear about, permanent damage.
And the German man might not be alone in his desire for a bit less sex.

Where did Precious go? Who took precious?

Thieves stole a man's penis while he slept, according to police.
Fei Lin, 41, of the Niqiao village near Wenling City, in east China’s Zhejiang province, told police he was asleep when the thieves burst into his room and put a bag over his head, according to CEN/EUROPICS and as reported in the Daily Star.
"They put something over my head and pulled down my trousers and then they ran off," Lin said. "I was so shocked I didn't feel a thing - then I saw I was bleeding and my penis was gone."
Police believe the attackers were jealous lovers of several local women whom Lin was having affairs with, the Austrian Times reported. Lin denied taking part in any infidelity.
Emergency workers and police searched for Lin's anatomy but turned up nothing, according to TNT Magazine. The penis thieves are nowhere to be found, but police said they're looking for the jealous lovers.

PAM anyone?

Article by Andy Campbell

She was lubed up, then locked up.
A Florida woman was fine with bringing olive oil, and even PAM cooking spray, into the bedroom. But when her boyfriend brought up his former fling named Pam, she wasn't having it.
When Barbara Hall, 60, asked her 45-year-old boyfriend to go to the kitchen for some "sexual lubricant," he obliged, according topolice reports obtained by TC Palm.
Then things got slippery.
"Barbara asked if he had also brought the PAM cooking spray," the report states. "Barbara believed [the victim] misunderstood what she had said, and commented on a girl named Pam. ... [He] admitted to having sex with Pam recently on her boat."
Hall then allegedly flew into a violent rage, punching her boyfriend repeatedly and then chucking the olive oil bottle, a keg cup and a flashlight at his head. She told cops that she had no recollection of the assault.
She was arrested on a domestic battery charge and taken to jail. Her boyfriend went home.

Desperate times call for desperate measure

For this guy, being forced to sleep on the couch might not be much of a punishment.
Police in Wisconsin have accused a 46 year old man of enjoying curbside sex with a discarded sofa.
Waukesha Patch reports that an off-duty officer was jogging when he spotted Gerard Streator allegedly doing the deed with the furniture. Authorities charged Streator on Thursday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior, which carries a maximum of nine months in prison.
According to a police report obtained by the Smoking Gun, officer Ryan Edwards said Streator "had been thrusting his pelvic area against the cushions and trying to sexually gratify himself by rubbing his penis between the two cushions.”
So much for resting in the love seat.
When Edwards approached Streator, the suspect allegedly fled. Police arrested him the next day at the hotel where he works.
Streator's motive remains unclear, but D Listed did offer one possible suggestion.
"You know what they say, more cushion for the pushin'."

When Ménage A Tois go Bad

Article by David Sharp

A married Florida couple allegedly engaged in a three-way last week that ended in gunfire, SWAT team involvement and a police tasing.
Mindi and David Rice invited a 24-year-old female friend, whose name has not been released, to their Zephyrhills home on Wednesday evening, according to theTampa Bay Times. The Rices, both 29, allegedly injected themselves with prescription drugs, and the Floridian threesome had sex before all falling asleep.
Police say that when Mindi Rice woke up early Thursday, she discovered her husband attempting to have sex with the other woman -- this time without her -- Bay 9 News reports.
Mindi Rice allegedly reached for a nearby revolver, saying she would shoot her friend, then fired a round into the ceiling, CBS reports.
David Rice gained control of the gun, according to the police report, then held it up to his wife's face.
According to the report, David told his wife, "B----, I'll f------ kill you." He allegedly then fired one bullet, which hit the wall.
The third party fled the house and called 911 at about 2 a.m.
Officials called a SWAT team when the couple refused to come out of their house. The Rices emerged after a couple of hours, though deputies ended up using a taser on David Rice after he allegedly tried to fight with them.
David Rice was charged with obstructing officers, and both were charged with aggravated assault. The couple remains in custody at Pasco County Jail.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday on unrelated charges of grand theft, burglary and possession of oxycodone.
Mindi Rice is currently serving two years of felony probation for credit-card fraud reports. She was sentenced in June for stealing a credit card in 2011, allegedly for the purpose of bailing her husband out of jail.
As of Monday morning, the New York Daily News reports, Mindi Rice's Facebook page described her as mother of two with "my head on my shoulders."

Alexis Wright...Zumba Instructor Pleads GUILTY...

Article by David Sharp

PORTLAND, Maine — A dance instructor accused of using her Zumba fitness studio as a front for prostitution pleaded guilty Friday to 20 counts in a scandal that captivated a quiet seaside town.
The agreement that followed a second day of plea negotiations spares Alexis Wright from the prospect of a high-profile trial featuring sex videos, exhibitionism and pornography. Prosecutors will recommend a jail sentence of 10 months when she's sentenced May 31.
Wright quietly answered "guilty" 20 times when the judge read the counts, which include engaging in prostitution, promotion of prostitution, conspiracy, tax evasion and theft by deception.
"We're very satisfied with it. It's an appropriate outcome, given the gravity of her actions," Assistant Attorney General Darcy Mitchell said after the brief court hearing.
The 30-year-old Wright was accused of conspiring with insurance agent Mark Strong Sr. to run a prostitution business in which she kept detailed records indicating she made $150,000 over an 18-month period. She was also accused of using a hidden camera to record sex acts without her clients' knowledge.
She was originally charged with 106 counts. All the counts in the agreement were misdemeanors, including three counts relating to welfare and tax fraud that were reduced from felonies.
Strong, 57, of Thomaston, was convicted this month of 13 counts related to promotion of prostitution and sentenced to 20 days in jail.
The scandal became a sensation following reports that Wright had at least 150 clients, leading to a guessing game of who might be named publicly in the coastal town of Kennebunk, a community better known for its beaches and sea captains' homes than for crime. Attorneys who have seen the client list say it included some prominent names. Those who have been charged so far include a former mayor, a high school hockey coach, a minister, a lawyer and a firefighter.
Working together, Strong and Wright represented an unusual pairing.

Wright had attended college classes and ran dance classes for the local parks and recreation program before opening her studio in Kennebunk. But she was also engaging in paid-sex acts in the studio, in her apartment and in her office, law enforcement officials said.
Overseeing the operation and watching the sex acts live on his office computer 100 miles up the coast was Strong, a married father of two who ran a successful insurance agency in Thomaston.
It came as no surprise that Wright would seek a plea agreement because evidence presented in Strong's trial was so overwhelming. A video played for jurors showed Wright engaging in sex acts with a man who then inquired about her rate before leaving $250 cash on her massage table.
After the man left, the video showed Wright pocketing the money.
There was plenty of electronic evidence because the two kept in touch via text and email and because Wright videotaped the clients and Strong watched live via Skype. Videos showed them speaking openly of ledgers, payments and scheduling.
Under the plea agreement, prosecutors will seek restitution of $57,250 from Wright after she's released from jail.
Defense lawyer Sarah Churchill said Wright is married and employable, and she expects Wright will be able to enter into a payment plan. Churchill left the courtroom without talking to reporters.
Residents of Kennebunk were frustrated by the media coverage of the scandal.
Names of purported clients trickled out as they were charged, leading to speculation about who else might be on the list. But residents soon grew weary of the media's attention, especially after it became clear that only a few of clients were locals.
So far, 66 people have been charged as clients, York County Deputy District Attorney Justin McGettigan said. The state will continue to pursue charges against additional people identified on Wright's ledger if the evidence is strong enough to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt, she said.
Things have largely returned to normal in Kennebunk. And on Friday night, a free dance was being held at Wright's old Pura Vida Studio, where Zumba continues under new management and a new name, Danceworks.
Jeremiah Ouellette, manager of New Morning Natural Foods Market, across the street from the fitness studio, said residents have put the prostitution episode behind them.
"I think people have really lost interest," Ouellette said. "People really don't care anymore."

Here, Now, Then, There...time elapses...

It's selfish of me...it's selfish for anyone...to desire the material moreso than the spiritual intangibles that life offers....
It's selfish of me...it's selfish for anyone....to demand a connection with someone, when that connection hangs by a thread...a connection to life...
It's selfish of me...it's selfish for anyone...to think that one's point of view is in the right, and that all opposition is wrong...
It's selfish of me...it's selfish for anyone...to insist on receiving attention, and not reciprocating....

It's Friday, as in this Friday...and the Karmic outlook before 11 is bright...past that, will be futile and bleak...
Life comes to us all,
We are all given opportunities to experience and share
We are all inundated with lessons
It's up to the individual to learn and evolve...and just hope others are as fortunate
and
Before our time has come and gone...
We are our own judges

The Mystery of Ogopogo

Ogopogo or Naitaka (Salish: n'ha-a-itk, "lake demon") is the name given to a cryptid lake monster reported to live in Okanagan Lake, in British Columbia, Canada. Ogopogo has been allegedly seen by First Nations people since the 19th century. The most common description of Ogopogo is a 40 to 50-foot-long (12 to 15 m) sea serpent.

British cryptozoologist Karl Shuker has categorized the Ogopogo as a 'many hump' variety of lake monster, and suggested it may be a kind of primitive serpentine whale such as Basilosaurus. However, because the physical evidence for the beast is limited to unclear photographs and film, it has also been suggested that the sightings are misidentifications of common animals, such as otters, and inanimate objects, such as floating logs.

Reconstruction of an alleged Ogopogo sighting
In 1926 a sighting is claimed to have occurred at an Okanagan Mission beach. This event was supposedly witnessed by about thirty cars of people who all claimed to have seen the same thing.  In 1968 Art Folden filmed what is claimed to be footage of the alleged creature, showing a large wake moving across the water. A computer analysis of the footage concluded it was a solid, three-dimensional object.  In 2011, a cell phone video captured two dark shapes in the water. A suggested explanation is that the video shows two logs.

To Bridge Logic with Emotion...making sense of time

I am so confused...
Why, am I surrounded and chased
Not to be confused with delusional...
But a case can always be stated
Cool, calm and collect....
       Yeah that's Me
Finding women has never been my issue...
Keeping the one's worth keeping is
I wish...
I wish that things were normal (or common)
I wish that things flowed smoothly
      I wish that I wasn't so noticeable
I wish that my loved ones are healthy
      I wish many things
But my biggest wish is my vulnerability...my insecurity...my fault...my downfall
Maybe,
Just Maybe
I am confused...
Who knows, if an alternate reality exists...maybe I am a badger in the Forrest,
Or an Orchid in a swap,
Or a rock on a beach in Costa Rica,
Or a turtle, out in the Indian Ocean...

Just a glimpse, just a glimmer
Just a piece of peace

If I prayed, I would pray for
My enemies to grow stronger
And the weak to heal...
I would pray for nice weather,
and much love to be shared...
I pray for our collective consciousness to spread in wealth and depth

...
My day,
(Each of us are promised our day...it's apart of the deal)
Will come...and when it does...
Will my prayers matter?
Will my confusion cease?
Will my wishes come true?

The wind blows, the chimes harmonically sway, sharing their dance...as they peacefully sing...
On cue and in tune...

My lovely day, my lovely time, my lovely space...
Time...a creation of my ancestors...
Space...the place I occupy...
Day...by chance, my experience...

Come hither, forthright...and on time,
I have lived a past, experienced the present...and await my future...my unknown...

My day will come, it always does...
That's my lesson that I have been afforded...the truth that I have experienced...
The destiny that awaits me...
In this space, during this time...
Those are the words of inevitability...

How Dopey is Elizabeth Leigh Garner?

Article by Crimesider Staff

Elizabeth Leigh Garner, a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy.
 / WTVF
(CBS) MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Elizabeth Leigh Garner, a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, was arrested after she was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy,CBS affiliate WTVF reports.
The 42-year-old Garner, who was a member of the Titans cheerleading squad four years ago, was indicted on charges of sexual battery and solicitation last week.
Police in Murfreesboro, Tenn. say Garner was visiting a friend's home when she followed a 12-year-old boy into the bathroom, fondled him, and then tried to seduce him, the station reports.
According to the police report, Garner told detectives that she was drunk that evening and she got the boy confused with a man that was also at the residence.
"That's just absolutely no excuse for sexually assaulting a child. If you can't tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult then there are problems," Kyle Evans, of the Murfreesboro Police Dept., said.
Garner gained a measure of fame during her time as a Titans cheerleading in 2008 because of her age. She was featured on blogs and newspapers as a 38-year-old who made a team made of up mostly 20-somethings, the station says.
WTVF spoke to Garner and her husband in an off-camera interview and she said she is innocent of the charges.
Garner was released on a $30,000 bond. If convicted, she could be sentenced to more than eight years in jail.

One approach to changing your body

:: by
Deborahann Smith

Feeling sluggish or out of sync? Having skin problems, aches and pains, or digestive problems? Straying from your healthier habits lately? Having trouble kicking off your weight loss? It might be time for a body detox.

Practiced for centuries by many cultures around the world — including ayurvedic and Chinese medicine systems — detoxification is about resting, cleaning and nourishing the body from the inside out. By removing and eliminating toxins, then feeding your body with healthy nutrients, detoxifying can help protect you from disease and renew your ability to maintain optimum health.

"The body has its own natural healing system," says Peter Bennett, N.D., medical director of Helios Clinic in Victoria, B.C., and co-author with Stephen Barrie, N.D. and Sara Faye, of 7-Day Detox Miracle (Prima Health). "Detoxification enhances this system," he explains.

How does detoxification work?

Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. It does this mainly by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.

A detox program can help the body's natural cleaning process by:

1) Resting the organs through fasting;
2) Stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body;
3) Promoting elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin;
4) Improving circulation of the blood; and
5) Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

"Detoxification works because it addresses the needs of individual cells, the smallest units of human life," says Bennett.

How do you know if you need to detoxify?

Bennett suggests that everyone should detox at least once a year. A short detoxifying program or whole body cleanse is generally safe; in fact, scientific studies show that a detox is beneficial for health. However, Bennett cautions against detoxifying for nursing mothers, children, and patients with chronic degenerative diseases, cancer or tuberculosis. Consult your health care practitioner if you have questions about whether detoxing is right for you.

Today, with more toxins in the environment than ever, "it's critical to detox," says Linda Page, N.D., Ph.D., the author of Detoxification (Healthy Healing Publications). Page recommends detoxing for symptoms such as unexplained fatigue, sluggish elimination, irritated skin, allergies or low-grade infections; bags under the eyes; a distended stomach even if the rest of your body is thin; menstrual difficulties; or mental confusion.

Where do you begin?

First, lighten up your toxin load. Eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars and saturated fats, all of which act as toxins in the body and are obstacles to your healing process. Also, minimize use of chemical-based household cleaners and personal health care products (cleansers, shampoos, deodorants and toothpastes), and substitute natural alternatives.

Another deterrent to good health is stress, which triggers your body to release stress hormones into your system. While these hormones can provide the "adrenaline rush" to win a race or meet a deadline, in large amounts they create toxins and slow down detoxification enzymes in the liver. So it's a good idea to detox stressful life situations along with detoxifying your body. Yoga, Qigong and meditation are simple and effective ways to relieve stress by resetting your physical and mental reactions to the inevitable stress life will bring.

Which detox program is best for you?

There are many detoxification programs and detox recipes, depending on your individual needs. Many programs follow a 7-day schedule because, as Bennett explains, "it takes the body some time to clean the blood." His program involves fasting on liquids for two days, followed by a carefully-planned five-day detox diet to allow the digestive system to rest. He also advises supplements, herbs, exercise, and practices such as dry-skin brushing and hydrotherapy to enhance circulation.

Page recommends a 3-7 day juice fast (drinking only fresh fruit and vegetable juices and water) as an effective way to release toxins.

Other popular detoxing programs and natural body cleanses include:
Cleansing supplement packages, which generally contain fiber, vitamins, herbs and minerals. There are several safe products on the market, with easy-to-follow instructions.
A routine of drinking only water one day each week — an ancient practice of many cultures.
10 ways to help your body detoxify
After a detoxification program, you can cleanse your body daily through diet, supplements and lifestyle practices.

1. Eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods.

2. Cleanse and protect the liver by taking herbs such as dandelion root, burdock and milk thistle, and drinking green tea.

3. Take vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.

4. Drink at least two quarts of water daily.

5. Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through your system.

6. Transform stress by emphasizing positive emotions.

7. Practice hydrotherapy by taking a very hot shower for five minutes, allowing the water to run on your back. Follow with cold water for 30 seconds. Do this three times, and then get into bed for 30 minutes.

8. Sweat in a sauna so your body can eliminate wastes through perspiration.

9. Dry-brush your skin or try detox foot spas/foot baths to remove toxins through your pores. Special brushes are available at natural products stores.

10. What is the most important way to detoxify? "Exercise," says Bennett. "Yoga or jump-roping are good. One hour every day." Also try Qigong, a martial-arts based exercise system that includes exercises specifically for detoxifying or cleansing, as well as many other exercises with specific health benefits.

Your soft stroke against of my cheek,
Your sobering tender kiss on my lips,
Your strong fingers dancing within my hair....
Your firm arms, cradling my soul...my head nestled, buried in the valley of your chest....
Quiet like a fox guarding your Den, emanating a protective embrace....shielding all my vulnerabilities
I feel my strength, my confidence, my essence spread its wings...

Each morning, I land and awake...
My smile, big and bright...
I feel invincible...unbreakable

Breathless,

What could you do with a cheating spouse?

Well, here's one way to get back at your cheating spouse!

Last weekend, an unnamed Canadian woman took to Craiglist to advertise a "Lying Cheating Sale" -- essentially, a garage sale in which she planned to sell all of her unfaithful husband's belongings.

LOOK:
"Last minute spontaneous estate sale," she wrote in the ad posted March 8. "Husband left us for a piece of trash. Selling everything while he is gone this weekend with his floozie."

Among the items up for sale were his favorite red leather sofa and "lots of tools which he didn't have a clue how to use."

In the ad, she also said that she plans to move out of the home she shared with him. The couple had been married for 10 years.

But this woman isn't the first to seek revenge on a cheating spouse by giving away his belongings. In May 2012, a Wisconsin woman held an "X-Husband Sale" where she threw a pile of her husband's things on their front lawn with a sign that read "free."

It is used as a sugar substitute (artificial sweetener) in drinks and foods.

Cats, Dogs, Ants, House Flies and Roaches won't touch the stuff!
Yet.....the wonderful FDA (Food and Drug Administration) allows companies to serve it to you!
WTF is that all about?

Why Are More Women seeking for Divorce?

Article by Monique Honamon

Philosopher William James (1842-1910), said, "The deepest craving of human nature is the need to be appreciated."
There is an overwhelming number of women who feel unappreciated by their husbands. I often hear the following refrain: "I just want to feel appreciated. For years I have been the cook, the cleaner, the chauffeur... I don't feel like we are a partnership... I've asked, demanded and pleaded that we go to counseling... I can't do this anymore. I don't want to live the second half of my life feeling like this. I'm done."
I'm sure this is nothing new. I am sure my mother felt unappreciated by my dad at times during their marriage. I think that's probably natural in the cycle of marriage and relationships. Life gets busy. We forget to thank those closest to us.
But times are changing. I have spoken with more women than I can count over the past couple of years who aren't just complaining about feeling unappreciated by their husbands. Instead, they are doing something about it.
These women, most of whom are in their mid-40's, have decided they want out of their marriages. Sure, they are scared for what this means for them. Sure, they are nervous about the new unknowns divorce will bring. Sure, they recognize the impact this will have on their lives. For most of the women I spoke with, leaving their husbands means having to secure full-time employment for the first time in years. It mean moving out of the big brick colonial in the suburbs and moving into something more affordable. It means being alone. And you know what each and every woman I spoke with said? "I am absolutely OK with this." I heard, "I'm OK being alone and starting over on my own... I feel as if I have been alone for years anyway. I don't need my big house or my fancy car. I don't mind having to work. I just know that I don't want to spend the next half of my life living this way. Why should I?"
Wow! To give it all up and start over at 45? It's surprising, particularly because to the outside world, these women appear to have it all. Their husbands aren't "bad" people. We aren't talking about men who are abusive or alcoholics. We aren't talking about men who are dragging the family into bankruptcy. We aren't talking about men who have lived a double life full of affairs.
What these women are expressing is a deep personal sadness at feeling disconnected and unappreciated by their husbands. They tell me they have fought for years to feel more connected and appreciated. This isn't a whim, they assure me. They have thought long and hard about their decision to get divorced. They aren't simply giving up. They have tried and fought a long battle. But the thing they each have in common is that they have reached their breaking point. They say, "I'm tired of not feeling appreciated, not feeling like I am part of a partnership. I feel like I am the roommate, the bill payer, the cook, the cleaner, the chauffeur... but not someone who is valued and appreciated. I'm tired of asking to be appreciated -- begging to be valued -- pleading to feel I as if I am important and not constantly playing second-fiddle to everything else going on in his life. I'm done."
Divorce has become commonplace. Many women thrive after divorce. They live independent, happy lives. Any taboo or stigma that may have existed during my mother's generation doesn't exist any more. I think this gives many women the courage to say, "I can do this." And, they are.
What do we do about this? Many husbands are left with their jaws hanging open in disbelief when their wives file for divorce. "Why didn't we talk about this? Why didn't we go to counseling? Why didn't you tell me you were feeling this way?" The wives smile sadly and say, "We have, we did, I have... and it's too late now... I'm done."
I don't like these conversations. I believe in the institution of marriage. I don't like to see people quit. What can we do? I know the following advice is oversimplifying the issue -- I really do -- but it's a start:
Men, please take the time to appreciate your wife regularly. Thank her for what she does for you and your family. Validate her. Cover her with words of affirmation. Wrap your appreciation of her deep within her heart. This is a marathon, not a sprint. The women I spoke with are not giving up because they weren't thanked for emptying the dishwasher once. It's the net result of decades of feeling taken for granted. When I suggest that perhaps having an open dialogue with their husbands alerting them to just how serious this really is and perhaps giving a final chance to make some changes, they tell me it would be too little, too late. "I'm done," they say.
Clearly, women, this isn't a one-way street. Appreciation goes both ways. Are you checking to see just how much appreciation you are showing to your husband as well? Do you thank him for all he does, or do you take him for granted? Really think about it. Perhaps you perceive that you are being more appreciative than you really are. What would he say?
I'm not saying that showing more appreciation will lower the divorce rate in our country, but I do believe that showing more appreciation will improve marital relationships. After all, it's like basketball superstar Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once said, "If not shown appreciation, it gets to you." And it seems that "it gets to you" is leading more and more towards, "I'm done."

The Scorned Brandi Glanville

I get the willies every time I see this women...she looks very much like someone else I know....
Someone whom I see as nothing more then a ungrateful user!
At least from my prospective.
Now,
I leave all up to Karma to collect on my debt

A Desperate Man...will go to many troubles....travel to great lengths...

Emotional loneliness will (can is far too mild) create an endless void...an eternal abyss in our hearts...
People will be in dire needs of companionship under these extreme states of duress...
The lengths one will travel in despair...are truly mind blowing....in order to rectify the missing component to an ailing heart

Article By Gary Dudak Mar 09, 2013

You all remember the Manti Te'o story, right? Of course you do. We all remember because we all thought the story of a college football star falling in love with a girl online, only to be duped into thinking she died and then finding out she wasn't real in the first place, was ludicrous. We all thought nobody could be that stupid. But it turns out, many people are that stupid, including a college professor who also happens to be a theoretical particle physicist. His story, however, is even worse.

As reported by The New York Times, University of North Carolina professor Paul Frampton was conned into believing that he was communicating with world famous Czech bikini model Denise Milani. He had met her on an online dating site in November 2011, and the 68-year-old physicist was convinced that the person he was chatting with was Milani, and not only that, but that she wanted to quit her glamour model life and marry him.

(Photo via Denise Milani Facebook) http://www.mandatory.com/2012/03/05/denise-milani-photos

So, the poor, lonely and recently-divorced Frampton was hooked by the Milani impostor, and after failed attempts to talk to her on the phone, was finally told to come to Bolivia, where she was doing a photo shoot, to meet her. The plot is rather simple. Obviously, the "woman" online was not Milani, and when Frampton showed up in Bolivia, she was not there. However, she contacted him and told him that she had to leave quickly to go to another shoot in Brussels, and he could just meet her there. All he had to do before he came was pick up a bag she left behind and bring it to her, which he agreed to do. That would turn out to be a huge mistake.

As you should have already figured out, that bag left behind was lined with cocaine. The scam artist pretending to be Milani was simply doing it to find a desperate man like Frampton and use him as a drug mule. Frampton, although a brilliant physicist, was not wise enough to abort his mission to connect with Milani, his potential future wife with incredible DDD natural breasts (despite warnings from his close friend).

The story goes on to inform us that Frampton was arrested and thrown in jail in Buenos Aires. And while it is believed that he was honestly duped by a person online into thinking he was in Bolivia to meet Denise Milani, his lawyers could not convince the court that he had no idea he was being used as a drug smuggler once he arrived and got roped into the scheme (there were some very condemning texts sent from him to the person he understood to be Milani). Frampton was sentenced to 4 years 8 months for drug smuggling. He is not expected to be released until May 2014.

The lesson learned here fellas, once again, is to be very, very, very careful when dating online. Do not do ANYTHING for a girl who you have never met in person, and especially don't do anything that could possibly be illegal. If bad stuff can happen to a star linebacker and a world-renowned physicist, well, it can probably happen to just about any of us.

A Deed from the heart...can and will raise the soul

I owe a big thank you to the large contingency that supported a drive for a foundation called St Baldrick's.
For those who do not know what St. Baldrick's is...here is a brief description

St. Baldrick's Foundation is a childhood cancer charity funding research to help find cures for children with cancer. The Foundation raises money for childhood cancer research primarily through head-shaving events. Volunteers, sponsored by family, friends and employers, shave their heads in solidarity with children who typically lose their hair during cancer treatment. Events have taken place in all 50 US states and 28 countries. Since 2000, St. Baldrick's Foundation volunteers have organized nearly 4,200 head-shaving events and shaved over 190,500 heads, raising over $118 million for life-saving childhood cancer research.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation became a non-profit organization in 2005 and makes grants to research organizations that meet stringent criteria and share the Foundation’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and emphasis on research. St. Baldrick’s research grants help fill crucial funding gaps at medical institutions where children are treated for cancer, ensuring the finest care for every child. Since 2005, St. Baldrick's has awarded over 100 Fellow and Scholar awards, to develop the childhood cancer research experts of tomorrow. St Albert the Great School in Louisville, Kentucky was the first school in the world to ever host an event, they have inspired schools worldwide.
The concept of St. Baldrick's was devised in 1999 by three Irish-American reinsurance executives from New York City, and grew from a single event to a nationwide effort in a relatively short period of time; it is now claimed to be the world's first and largest volunteer fundraiser for childhood cancer research. The founders decided to turn their St. Patrick's Day party into a benefit for pediatric oncology research by shaving their heads, thereby showing solidarity with children undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Therefore, the name of the Foundation is a play on the words Bald and Patrick - going bald on St. Patrick’s Day, led to St. Baldrick’s.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity.

My efforts raised somewhere around forty five hundred dollars (and climbing after the event). Since my hair measured well beyond a foot long, I donated my hair to another foundation called Locks of Love. For those that do not know about Locks of Love....here is a brief description.

Locks of Love is a non-profit charity based in the United States. The organization accepts donations of human hair and money, with the stated intention of making wigs for needy children who have lost their hair due to a medical condition in Canada and the USA.

This event brought a handful of my friends to witness my hair clipping followed by my shaving. One curious thing I observed...
In this Pub,
Somewhere around eight in the evening...
There was this troupe of young children...THERE....waiting to shave their own heads to support their friends and loved ones who are stricken with Cancer...
These children watched in amazement, as this gigantic man cut his hair and shaved his head in support for their cause....
At the time, I was the ONLY adult getting my head shaved.
This band of children...
Yelled and hollered in their support and approval.

Thank you all
and you all be blessed!

How Was Your Day?

What's today, I say?  My voice is gruff, yet my tone is lightly flavored with twinge of jade...
Wet, blinding white snow saturates my field of view.
My slush soaked sneakers seal my frozen socks to my feet...each step I take, releases a small splatter of water...
Swoosh and Splat
My legs are cold, my nose is red...
Why did I wear shorts today?  Why must I?
Today...is much like every day...
Another day closer to my grave, another day to change my chance...
For better,
For worse!!!
Life hath no mercy on any soul,
Life plays favorites...ONLY from a distance

The deafening dull loud vroom of the vacuum...a sound that ricochets off of the Cathedral ceiling
An Excruciating noise...monstrous and unforgiving
Damn...I can't think...
Of all the preposterous and Ridiculous meaningless thoughts that crowd my mind...
From the empirical and obscure...all the way to mystical nonsense that creates fantasy and wonder
Weaving a sense
Of how to dress
How to think...
If only...that vacuum would shut up....

Volume does speak
In a voice that sometimes screams
While on...
Other days,
It teases with comfort and delight

The fireplace dances with a flame...
A tango that mesmerizes and soothes my active mind
Peace...at last...
The vacuum long ago ceased,
As did the snow, the rain...and everything in between
In my simplest dialect...
My sincerest wish
Whispers words
Of a long, played out day

Cement walls, decorated with shelves that house
Bottles upon bottles
Of Many, Many red wines
They call this cellar home

I pray, only to a Godless plate
Which keeps me company
Reminiscing of a short lived past....
and I think of how
I shared another day
With a thankless world
And unforgiving hypocritical society...
That often blames the innocent
And rewards the guilty

If I was special
I would take a seat with fate
...and have a cup of tea
Devise a faith...fairer than fair

Ah, if only...
If only my mystical nonsense
Had merit

Unjust or Not...I do not shed my sweat, nor my tear...
I will not hold my breathe and rely
What I will do is...
Hold a faith for my fate to be fair
