Violet Times

I...just....listened....to....a....voicemail.  I did, I really did!  Guess who I heard?  Can you?  Can you guess?
I'll give a couple of clues...
Her name is Violet in a not too distant parallel universe.  She has super powers but only uses them when no one is noticing....because of this fact, I can't quite comprehend or define the exact extent of these abnormal, yet intriguing abilities.  Every Thursday night she would sing four songs at the local karaoke bar....
First Song: 'Love Song' by Pink.  Although she loves Pink songs, this is the selection for everyone to hear.
Followed by the silly song:  'Girl in a Country Song' by Maddie and Tae (Violet secretly wants to rename her tiger Tae...yes, that's right, she lives with a Tiger!)
Third Song:  'Oblivion' by M83.  Great Songs must be shared, otherwise, what's their worth.
The Finale.....'Voodoo' by Godsmack.  You see, there are songs...and there are songs that seem to touch just about everyone!  Violet knows this, therefore...she sings this song...every Thursday night...
It's as if Bob Marley jumped straight from the heart to excite our Souls..that Violet is something special...
Violet also inspires the Freemasons, Greenpeace, PETA...and even FEMA seeks Violet's advice on matters that can not (and should not) be openly discussed.  Sorry.  James Bond is her back up.  Violet knows where Jimmy Hoffa is, was and will be...
Violet feels that is ok to eat your dessert first.  Violet doesn't use swear words in public.   Violet can melt titanium...just by staring at it.  Clowns, Politicians and Criminals cringe when they know that they misbehaved During Violet hours.  Christmas was Violet's idea.  So was Labor Day, Halloween, bath time and your birthday.  Violet speak eighteen different dialects of Chinese, every dialect of English, French, Italian and Spanish too!  She can harden Ice Cream, emulsify a tsunami, calm a tornado...and scare the hell out of sharks, bears, alligators and pigeons.  Violet is the reason why we have fun and delight with each day of beaming sunshine.  She is our hope and glory...and we would forever hold her close and dear.
Misunderstood, she is a treasure immeasurable in value and beauty...
And she called me...today...to let me know that everything is A-O-K
Got it?
Good!
Keep it, store it and protect it.
Because, if I come looking...so will Violet....
