From a Brevity comes Dissatisfaction only to lead to the Non-Self

"Meditation is not a road to Enlightenment or an admittance into an exclusive fraternity of Achievement...rather it is a selfless peace with actualized wisdom...an Ultimate TRUTH of the oneness of all things..."

Nothing in Life ever ceases to exist, it only changes Form! Life is a Constant state of Flux...Therefore, NOTHING in this physical/psychological world can bring deep lasting satisfaction...from the MACRO to the micro...recognizing the impermanency...relinquishing that attachment which binds us all To an ameobic existance of immediate fulfillment.
"This I am, this is mine, this is myself"

Why must we define ourselves this way? Hhhhmmmm!

In a series of individualized emails that I sent out earlier this morning I left a bit advice, that I feel is so critical in developing a positive tempered vibration to your own personal tone, karma, atmosphere and mood!
"Don't take Life Too Seriously, its way too short!"
Out to Anyone,
who think that they "know" me,
yet actually don't, swear that I am of the overly serious varietal type...but for those that do know me, know otherwise...that I am anything but! I feel stress the way you feel heat in a working refrigerator....BBBBRRRRRR!

As an aside...What I do say you do take seriously,
always,
is Your Health.

Physical. Emotional. Psychological.
and Existential Health.

You must take care of yourself First, then you are in a position to help someone else.
If Helping is what you want to do!

Buddist believe, that people exist in Six States
At first everything is contained with self torture characterized by aggression
Second level consists of excessive hunger...craving, starving, unquenchable
Third centers aroound Stupidity and servitude
Fourth comes with anger, jealousy and war
Fifth is blinded from enlightement with the constant drive of consumption to fulfill Desire
The Final state is filled with pleasure...and with such highs, come the lows...therefore, here also comes with suffering...plagued by pride, solvent in misery...
Extinguish the fire of desire, and you will break free of any subsequent endured anguish.
Interesting outlook on Humanity that predates our time some 2600 years

Just one more note,
Nirvana means
"the state of a Flame being Blown out"
the antidote to the ignorance that
lies at the root of suffering
