Begrudging Staleness

I forgive all past and present transgressions
It allows my soul to shoulder the growth
Necessary to expand beyond means most can't achieve....

I pity those whose hostile world brims with hate and turmoil
For, it is they who regress
and
Refuse the hand that pulls them from their rut

Instead,
The depths of deep seeded
Insecure
mistrust
Feeds that downward spiral
Of confused Chaos
And sheltered inhibitions....
