Formerly known as Siam, located in South East Asia and bordered by Laos, Burma, Cambodia and Malaysia. Since it is a Kingdom, Thailand has a King who has dawned his crown since 1946...longest serving monarch on the planet currently. It is a country that sports Sixty Four million in population...and spatially speaking it is a country slightly larger then Spain. The dominant religion (over ninety five percent of their population) practice Buddhism. It is suspected that the original habitants of the area date back to the Paleolithic era of human history (40,000 years ago)...thats a long time, no?
