To All Oenophiles that Dedicate Any of Their Time Reading What I Write

A year ago this month, I attended an Opus One Tasting at Stew Leonard's on the day I buried a relative of mine...I know life is cyclic...where there is death, there will come a rebirth. Just as the Sun disappears, the moon will rise to illuminate the dark heavens...
Eventually the sky will expand with bright lights come dawn, only then does the moon quietly vanish to the opposite side of the planet...
Cyclical...

Anyone up for Cakebread?
Last year was the first ever, in the State of New York that Cakebread was sampled for the public by a local business...
Jake Cakebread Forty Years ago followed his dream and bought into some property in Northern California.
His Cabernet will Immediately capture your attention with enticingly fresh forward fruit...strong aromas of black currant, blackberry and boysenberry flood your senses...suddenly seductively joined with hints of Chocolate and a small coffee roast...Completely saturating each breathe, slowly drifting your mind in an unpredictable sprawl to paradise...
The structure beautifully boasts intense dark cherry...vibrating delight onto your palate coupled with a chasm of concentrated cassis flavors balanced with supple well knit tannins...dramatically followed by a charmingly long slow dance to the finish...flavorful with fine acidity and savory mocha tones...Delightful...Elegant...Rich in Flavor and Taste...Come Join me for a Glass!
Cheers!
